Right problem first.
Then the product.

I'm a Product Manager at Boomdevs. The work I care about is the decision before the build — what problem we're solving, for whom, and how we'll know it worked.

Currently

Product Manager at Boomdevs since May 2025, leading a team of 4–5. Five products across app, web and admin platforms.

Previously

Senior Product Designer & Product Manager at BYSL Global Technology Group. Before that, design roles at Argiweb (Netherlands) and Fixzella.

I'm a Product Manager with a design background and 7+ years of taking products from concept through commercialization. At Boomdevs I own a UK wellness marketplace (Find Your Calm), an AI proposal and invoicing platform (LeanDeck), a time-tracking and HRM platform (KpiClock), and a subscription commerce and e-learning platform (Mark Andrews Creative). Alongside the build, I own pricing and packaging, launch planning and channel strategy, and I've carried revenue accountability on live products. Design is how I get to answers faster: I map the journey, prototype the options and put them in front of users before engineering time is spent. At BYSL, an onboarding redesign validated across 3 rounds of moderated usability testing (n=45) cut first-session drop-off from 58% to 34%.

Raised e-commerce conversion from 11% to 16% over 90 days post-launch. An audit that surfaced 23 critical friction points led to 35% better task completion. Cut handoff revision rounds from 3 to 1; a 120+ component design system reduced engineering-reported UI defects ~60%.

Principles · 02

Four rules I
try not to break.

01
Ship, then learn

A shipped 80% beats a perfect 100% that never leaves the roadmap. Launch, measure, then fix what users show you is broken.

02
Evidence before opinions

The loudest voice in the room is rarely the user's. I test early, so decisions are cheap to make and easy to defend.

03
Say no, in writing

Every roadmap is a list of trade-offs. I write down what we're not doing and why, so the team can move without re-arguing it.

04
Accessibility is the brief

WCAG 2.1 AA is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. If the product doesn't work for everyone who needs it, it isn't done.

Background · 03

Where the systems thinking
comes from.

A B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from American International University-Bangladesh shapes how I approach products — as systems of connected parts, not isolated features.

It's also why I'm comfortable in engineering conversations: HTML5, CSS3, React component structure and design-token pipelines aren't foreign territory. That helps me scope realistically and spot trade-offs early.
